We are currently seeking a Intermediate Data Engineer to join our team in Remote, West Bengal (IN-WB), India (IN).
"Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or Informatica Cloud.
Integrate data from multiple source systems into target platforms such as Snowflake, Synapse, or SQL Server.
Optimize performance of data workflows and troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments.
Collaborate with data architects, QA analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL and Informatica tools.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data lake architectures.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to Apache Airflow, DBT, or Databricks is a plus.
Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently in offshore teams and communicate effectively with onshore counterparts.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in data engineering. [Job Descri...ch 2025-v1]
Two or more certifications in data engineering or cloud platforms preferred.
