Live-In Housekeeper/Companion
We’re looking for a warm, dependable Housekeeper/Companion to support an 80-year-old woman with dementia. This role blends household upkeep, light caregiving, and companionship.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Hours: 40 hours/week – 8 AM–6 PM (with breaks during the day)
Location:
Primary: Great Neck, NY
Winters: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (late October–late May)
Must be comfortable traveling and living in both homes
What You’ll Do:
Keep the home tidy and organized
Prepare meals (breakfast, dinner, occasional lunch outings)
Laundry and errands (groceries, supplies, etc.)
Assist with dressing, bathing, and daily routines
Drive to appointments and activities
Provide companionship (outings, walks, conversation)
Be proactive in anticipating household needs
Compensation & Details:
$30–$35/hour (on the books)
Live-in accommodations included
Immediate start available
