FS8/F45 Orlando All-Stars is a fast-moving, growth-focused company in the Fitness space. Our owner is constantly juggling multiple projects, businesses, and commitments and she needs someone just as quick and resourceful to keep pace, keep things organized, and help push big goals forward.

Position Overview

This is not a “sit and wait for tasks” role. We’re looking for a hustler, someone who’s sharp, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll be both a right hand and a second brain: handling business admin, personal tasks, and anticipating needs before they’re spoken.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Admin Support

• Manage and prioritize a constantly changing calendar, inbox, and task list
• Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and projects — often with tight deadlines
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and speed
• Support administratively when and wherever needed
• Track deadlines and follow up relentlessly to keep projects moving
• Act as a gatekeeper and filter for requests, messages, and meetings

Personal Assistance

• Run errands and handle personal scheduling, appointments, and vendor coordination
• Assist with events, social media and other various tasks
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they hit the radar
• Keep the owner on track, organized, and accountable to priorities

• You take initiative — you don’t wait for instructions to solve problems
• You can handle both the high-level strategic tasks and the small details without dropping the ball
• You keep confidentiality at all times
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
• Social Media Savvy

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time, Hourly
• Flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends for urgent needs
