About the Role

As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for an experienced and self-driven Product Designer who’s eager to dive deep into product details and customer pain points. In this role, you’ll be responsible for envisioning and evolving new features and driving usability improvements across our platform. You’ll help the team translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly visuals. Some tasks will require fast, practical solutions with a focus on rapid results, while others will require deeper exploration, research, and iteration.

About the Team

You'll join the fully remote Product Development team, spread across 10+ locations. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders. In addition to owning the design process for your product team, you’ll have the opportunity to actively participate in shaping our design department — helping define processes, standards, and culture.

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end design work for your team — from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify complex processes, based on user needs, business insights, and technical constraints
Perform usability testing, gather feedback from end users, and share findings and actionable recommendations with the broader team
Collaborate closely with the product manager and development team to launch new product experiences, track performance, and iterate on improvements
Conduct researches to uncover insights that inform and validate your design decisions
Leverage and continuously improve the existing design system and UI styles to ensure consistency across applications
Actively participate in shaping our design department

Qualifications

A portfolio demonstrating experience in building and shipping digital products (primarily web applications) that reached end users
Proficient in Figma, including building and maintaining component libraries
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Ability to translate broad or ambiguous concepts into clear, functional user experiences
Proficient in various research methodologies to inform and refine design concepts
Strong understanding of current and emerging design patterns
English proficiency sufficient for conducting customer interviews and communicating complex concepts with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders
Ability to work with geographically distributed teams

Experience in MarTech or SalesTech domains is a huge plus
Technical background or technical mindset is a plus.
Experience of working in fast-growing startups/scale-ups is a plus
Experience of working directly with C-level executives is a plus

Our Culture

Remote-first: We believe that talent knows no borders and can be found in every corner of the globe. Flexibility is at the heart of who we are—remote work isn’t just something we do, it’s part of our DNA. We care about the work-life balance and flexible schedules needed to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Future-proof: We know that to thrive in a fast-changing world, our culture must be bold, innovative, and resilient. We embrace a fearless, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. Take risks, experiment, and push the limits of what’s possible to shape the future of our industry.

Humble and Ambitious: We pride ourselves on being a blend of both that drives everything we do. While we set ambitious goals that keep us motivated and energized, we know that big goals alone don’t guarantee success. It’s not just about where we want to go, but how we get there. And the key to that "how" is our people and our culture.

What’s in for you?

We offer a flexible remote working environment that helps us to keep the work-life balance.
You’ll be joining a leading European ABM platform and will be playing an important role in moving the ABM industry forward.

We prefer a contracting model of collaboration.
Ready to dive into the exciting world of ABM and make a real impact? Join us!
