  • Proactively identify and resolve order issues while keeping the Lead Designer informed
  • Maintain strong vendor and rep relationships through timely communication and coordination
  • Keep project boards, calendars, tracking tools, and project milestones up to date, communicating progress proactively when needed
  • Coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage with the warehouse
  • Prepare install materials and support installation day logistics and punch-list follow-up
  • Coordinate with contractors and trades using accurate documentation and clear communication

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing orders, tracking logistics, and coordinating vendors
  • Positive, accountable, team-oriented approach
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Sarasota, FL (this is a fully in-office role)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Paid holidays and PTO
