**Job Title: Weekend Warrior Registered Nurse (RN)**

--- NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERNTIAL IS $5.00 PER HOUR. STARTS ON FRIDAY AT 6 PM AND ENDS MONDAY AT 7AM
**Position Overview:**
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care during the weekends? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Warrior RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care, support our patients, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals over the weekend shifts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, assessment, and education according to established protocols and standards.
- Deliver high-quality nursing services to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of patients.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and progress in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and follow-up care.
- Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions based on the patient's condition.
- Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and training programs as required.
- Uphold sanitary, compliant, and safe practices in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.
- Previous experience in [specific area of care, e.g., medical-surgical, pediatrics, critical care] preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
