Job Description: Swift Strategic Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an important project with the State of Virginia 's Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This role will involve working on the SERFIS software system, which is intended to replace the existing system and provide a comprehensive work management solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in eliciting functional and technical requirements, creating wireframes, and managing requirements using Team Foundation Server (TFS) . Specialty Areas: Business Analysis – Elicit functional and technical requirements from business users and stakeholders. Requirements Management – Track and manage requirements in TFS . Wireframing & Testing – Create wireframes and collaborate with QA to review test cases. Microsoft Tools – Proficiency with Visio , SharePoint , and Office applications. Responsibilities: Elicit functional and technical requirements through interviews and meetings with business users. Manage and track requirements using Team Foundation Server (TFS) . Create wireframes to communicate system functionality. Collaborate with QA to review test cases and ensure they align with business requirements. Provide clear and business-friendly documentation for system users and stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft tools, including Visio , SharePoint , and Office applications, for documentation and reporting.
